This page will keep you up to date with all things Automata, such as exhibitions etc. We would also like to feature "Automata of the month" so if you have made an interesting automata send a picture in and we will feature the best of them. Also if you have come up with an interesting or unusual mechanis and would like to share it with us all, then we will be happy to feature it (and You). send details to Automata stuff.

The site has only just gone live so bear with us if somethings are not yet on line, they will be. The book " How to Design and Make Automata" is now available (you can order through the site) BOOK. You can also now buy
" The Beginners Guide to Scrollsawing" (£12.95) this 1hr 40 min video is available from our sister site Craft Education and is an essential guide to any one any serious about making automata in wood.

We are working on the gallery page and will be featuring all the automata from the book (and some new ones). You will be able to see them working as well as get a better look at the mechanism's. We are currently working on this so again bear with us, it is taking a little time to set up.
